I pay taxes to the borough of Grove City, PA that helps pay for the borough to pay the salaries of people who clear the snow from our streets. This morning I drove by as a business owner used a snow blower attachment on a small tractor blew the snow out of his parking lot right back out into the street that had been cleared of snow earlier in the morning by the borough. Such actions should result in fines to the business owner. At least that is my two cents.
