Introduction to Stanton's Two Cents

Hi, Sam Stanton here. I am a political scientists, former airman, libertarian minded individual. I teach at Grove City College, yes I am a Christian and no, I am not a card carrying Republican. As a libertarian and academic, I find nothing beyond the pale of critique. I specialize in the study of conflict process, particularly at the level of ethnic conflicts and civil wars. I have strong and seemingly contradictory opinions about political issues and I am comfortable with my seeming contradictions because at least I am honest. I probably should not say nearly as much as I say and I usually mean more than I say,or--in the case of a blog--write. By the way, I enjoy fine food, good spirits, cigars, firearms, fishing, and being most people's worst nightmare--a highly educated redneck with yuppie taste.
